I'm with Darrel here - my both filters run without white floss because of the reasons mentioned above and somehow I do not notice any small particles. Maybe it is because I have a first (lowest) basket filled with coarse sponges working as a prefilter.

Lets assume that tests are super accurate and plants are not consuming any ferts. Then PO4 could be absorbed by AS Amazonia, NO3 by denitrification process.

That means 7 ppm NO3 per day is consumed. You could blame a test or a denitrification is happening somewhere. Try to measure NO3 after adding ferts.

Quality of plants looks perfect. Cryptocoryne costata 'Green' is a commercial name of C. albida. From my point of view it's an 'easy' plant to grow.

It could be that gas in your CO2 bottle is coming to an end and you have higher gas pressure than usual.

Looks like Anubias sp., perfect for low-tech. However leaf stems/connection to the rhizome look somehow different than Anubias so I might be wrong.

If you have a test kit for phosphates then do it. Otherwise just start adding 1 ppm and observe for a week how plants react. Change nothing else to see if that was the case.

Neritina natalensis can consume a lot of the plant's surface alongside with GSA.

As Darrel said you need all in one solution a.k.a micro plus macro. Just watch your initial doses - start of 1/10 recommended dose and observe your plants' condition.

If you have Aquasoil Amazonia which tends to absorb phosphates try upping it to 1 ppm per day. On the presumption that your tap water has high nitrates and you are dosing potassium you are missing phosphates because it's a motile nutrient, and your old leaves are suffering.

Don't neglect biofiltratrion in substrate, surface on the plants and area around the plant's roots. Filters plays a minor role here.

We both dose lots of PO4 so it's not an issue. We are a bit off in Urea dosing.

I dose Urea when lights are on for an hour. Your are right about the TDS - was thinking about one thing and typing the other. Plants can take out N from Urea directly so it is a big question how much of NH4 is left and then converted to NO2.
