There is an Umbellifer (with the white flower) on the left, and Brooklime (Veronica beccabunga) on the right (and the left). The plant going rampant at the back is the Myriophyllum?
Nice lily, do you know the cultivar name? Finally got a yellow lily flower 🙌🏼

You might struggle to get many waterlily flowers with that much surface agitation. They flower better in calm conditions and particularly don't like getting the floating leaves submerged or splashed with water. It is a very nice pond, but if you want regular waterlily flowers I think you are overdoing it with the multiple airstones in addition to the already decent flow from the filtration. It wouldn't hurt to dedicate one end to calm water and grow the waterlilies at that end, there would still be plenty of oxygen for the shubunkins.
Very interesting, didn't know that was a thing - obviously keeping the shubunkins safe is more important than waterlily flowering frequency.herons are ever present..... So far the surface agitation appears to have kept them safe
