UNS 60T Startup

Hello, I would like to get some thoughts on my frogbit as old leaves dont seem to be doing well.

Tank is now 11 days old, yesterday was the first day I didnt do a 50% water change, for the last 3-4 days after each water change I had been dosing 8ml of AIO fert & about 2ppm extra of potassium. Also a couple days ago I adjusted the light to 50% intensity (light is a Chihiros A2 2400 lumens), 50% intensity measured about 30par with the photone app. Light is about 75mm from the water surface. I have removed likely all of the original leaves now.

No Algae in the tank, but I did see a very very small amount of brown diatoms in 2 spots last night. I have had about 75% of the crypt leaves melt, and the other plants haven't grown much at all. Nitrates appear to be staying around 5ppm with out needing fertilizer to raise it, seems the tank is starting to cycle maybe?

Any ideas on a deficiency on the frogbit?

An update after 21days.

-7 days ago I started dosing Aquaforest "PO4 Boost" which add's 0.5 ppm PO4 & 1.0 ppm Mg, I have been dosing it daily. After 2 days the difference was noticeable in the frogbit and now after 7 days they look very healthy. I believe the deficiency was PO4.
My citys water report says I should have 1 ppm Phosphate & 6ppm Mg. Testing my tap water shows 1 ppm PO4. The deficiency was noticeable when doing water changes every 2nd day. I would of thought there would of been enough phosphate from water changes & the small amount in the fert I was using after water change?
-Growth & new leaves noticed in ludwigia, bucephalandra & the crypts.
-Biofilm on the wood & a small amount of Brown diatoms continues.
-The lower part of the stem on some staurogyne is rotting/turning black, but upper part has new whitish roots coming out sideways. Im not sure if this is burn from root tabs or lack of light?
-I have had zero algae of any kind.
-With the staurogyne stems turning black and the lack of algae I have increased my lighting to 60% and 6.5 hrs. Not sure if this is right, just experimenting, I dont know?
-Tested Ammonia and Nitrite, i had about 0.5 ppm for both.

The experimenting continues

That is the great advantage of the "Duckweed Index", the plants can't lie or mislead. If they are in <"active growth and look healthy">? The plant has all the essential plant nutrients available to it, whatever test results may show.
