UNS 60T Startup

Hello, I would like to get some thoughts on my frogbit as old leaves dont seem to be doing well.

Tank is now 11 days old, yesterday was the first day I didnt do a 50% water change, for the last 3-4 days after each water change I had been dosing 8ml of AIO fert & about 2ppm extra of potassium. Also a couple days ago I adjusted the light to 50% intensity (light is a Chihiros A2 2400 lumens), 50% intensity measured about 30par with the photone app. Light is about 75mm from the water surface. I have removed likely all of the original leaves now.

No Algae in the tank, but I did see a very very small amount of brown diatoms in 2 spots last night. I have had about 75% of the crypt leaves melt, and the other plants haven't grown much at all. Nitrates appear to be staying around 5ppm with out needing fertilizer to raise it, seems the tank is starting to cycle maybe?

Any ideas on a deficiency on the frogbit?
