Plant deficiency Id

Hey ceg how you doing 😉 ??

My tank is doing a lot better since I've raised the light ,
Anyway my tank dkh has shot up to 9 from 3 , probably due to the many rocks it has now , this I can only think of as my tap is 3dkh .

Anyhow I'm getting a ph drop of about .7 , would you think this is a good level at 9dkh ??
I believe it is but a second opinion is needed .

Hi Sam,
A 0.7 drop can be OK. It's really difficult to say exactly. i like to use a 1 unit drop as a rule of thumb but there are so many variables such as PAR, distribution and so forth. Try 0.7 and see if it works. The less you can get away with, the better, especially if you have sensitive fish.
