Hello, your tank is really beautiful.This post marks the end of my miracle gro experiment.
I was able to grow weedy ludwigia, picky rotala and various other stems together in inert substrate with Minimal stunting and minimal water changes. The poor growth of some species such as bucephalandra, cryptocoryne and eriocaulon leaves something to be desired.
I will be going back to more orthodox dosing methods and see how that plays out for me. If anyone would like to try and replicate my dosing and system from this experiment.
Here were my parameters.

The miracle gro dosing works very well to grow difficult soft water stems in inert substrate. However it is far from optimal for another group of plants, hardwater plants. And rooting plants such as eriocaulon.

Coupled with higher GH I am interested to see how this works for plants in inert substrate. I will be trying my absolute best to keep up with atleast weekly 30% WC.

I am using dtpa alone.What is the iron chelate in the Masterlina clone? Edta? dtpa? gluconate?
Before higher GH my TDs was 20-30. Now I have TDs around 120 at GH 6.What is your tds and ph?
kH is 0 bt I never use GH 10. Before my GH was around 1-2 now it is increased to 5-6Also is kh 0?

It's just kinda wedged in-between my skimmer and I have it held down with my magnetic glass cleaner for now.The Buce wall is a good idea for those of us with no more space! Can you share how you hook the Buce wall onto the sides of the glass?
This plant is a special one. As you know it's a slow grower so it will take quite some time to create an extravagant bush. Here are the criteria to make it bushy and healthy:I'm not sure how some people keep thick bushes of them.
Would you recommend I thin them out and give them more space and also clean out the substrate area around it? They should grow well in sand aswell right? - High light
- High CO2 in its face;
- Uber clean substrate [this is of upmost importance] juiced up with ammonia;
- 0 moving the plant. This is a no no. No uprooting because you fancy moving it. It will set it back;
- Trumpet snails have a negative impact on this plant by moving the root system. Roots are quite shallow comparatively to other plants.

I guess you could but I think the plant will grow a more robust root system with a rich substrate enabling it to grow more bushy. I guess that if the fertilizer contains urea/N this can also work.
