xmas present

i bought my 7 year old grandson a digital microscope for xmas .
as i was going to do a water change yesterday i noticed a small white dot near the bottom of my tank . i had had some eggs near by which i presumed were assassin snails , they had dissapeared though . so i thought i would try my grandsons xmas present to see how it worked . this is the first time i have used a microscope and found it quite fascinating .i can see him getting some lego not a microscope

From previous experience assassin snail eggs are something close to tiny jelly cubes, not looked at them through a microscope before though!
Use to and probably still do breed them for fun.
 
you could be right there darrel wouldnt know where they came from though
mike my missus had assassin eggs in her tank and yes they were as you described more cube shapped than mine
