White worm/slug thingys

Having a close look at the tank and have spotted some tiny white worm thingys on the glass, at most the biggest are probably 5mm in length.

Can anyone give any possible ID and info on them?

There are no fish in the tank only plants and spiderwood.

Hard to focus on but you can just about make them out in the picture.

Yeah sure is, had a search of the forum after posting this and was just coming back to say it is Planaria.

Should have had a good search first, is there a way to delete threads? I was looking back over mine from the last few years and wow I've posted some rubbish lol
 
Planaria have triangular heads. I can't tell for sure from the photo but yours are more likely rhabdocoel flatworms which are similar to Planaria but are harmless (Planaria are harmless too except perhaps to shrimp and fish eggs).
