Hi all,
It is a Ceratophyllum sp. It it is either <"Hornwort" (C. demersum)">, or "Soft Hornwort" (C.submersum submersum). It doesn't really matter which you have, but C. submersum branches more frequently and has a "fluffier" look.
You see C. demersum much more frequently, and I'd guess that is what you have.
