stem plant is Limnophila Heterophylla. as it looks you only have got it a short time because it has still it emersed form. Let it grow and trim it back by cutting the bottom part of and put the top part back. once it's settled it can grow rapidly.
Could be, and I don't have a plant of Limnophila or M. mattogrossense to hand, but the plant in the picture has leaves in whorls of 4, and that is suggestive of a Myriophyllum spp.
