Hello to you all , not a new fishkeeper ,just some one who shoved plants in a tank ,they grew or they died…the fish were always more important.
We recently threw in the towel with marines which I had kept since the 70’s , no way could I get the results with SPS corals with LED lights that I had got with Halide and T5.
We have cut down on the tanks and now only have a 4x2x2 plus sump that houses Discus ,Corydorus and scatterfish, and the recently revamped 6x2x2 plus 5 foot sump which is around 800 litres.
So I am here to learn a bit more about keeping plants happy in the new reincarnation of the six footer.
