Hi,

I've just started this forum after meeting George and Dan in Hannover - otherwise I've always been on a Danish plantforum :D But thought I'd give it a try...

I'm about to do a rescape after gathering all the inspiration i Hannover ;)

As soon as I'm ready - I'll make a journal

Here's some picture of my tank and it's evolution:

PS That's a beast of a light unit! :woot:

Yes, I did all the things backwards - instead of buying a neewbie 54l. tank with limited light - I went all in and bought my big custommade tank in Germany from garnelenhaus.de, the ATI powermodule from aquapro2000.de and all the hardscape I could get my hands on and then I began my adventure :p

I've been through all fases of algea, insufficient nutrient, almost 80 species of different plants and other related problems. But all gave me experience - I hope

I've tried almost every possible tube combination I found and experimented with them.

But now I'm tired of all the experiments and just want a decent scape ;) So I'm having focus on not surfing the net for all kinds of new gadgets in "our field"

In general I'm only using 4x54W and that's plenty. I only use the 6x54W when showing off! :shh:

But I'm missing a GHL Profilux II computer for my dosing pump and then I'll also be able to use all 6 tubes, but dim the light to about 70% ;) That's the next mission.
