Why? It’s completely unnecessary.
Does it usually go like this, or is it the first time?

That just seems like you have a little cloudiness from particles being stirred up. It seems like you have aquasoil which is basically clay granules. After some use aquasoil can break down to form fine clay sediment which can cause the cloudiness when kicked up. I would not worry too much, it does not harm fish and plants. In order to prevent it, try using a colander or a thick piece of paper towel to soften the flow of water as you fill the tank back up. Overall it should clear up on its own once you restart the filter and the water runs through fine filter mesh.

Did it occur immediately after that initial water change or did it gradually become more and more cloudy over the course of a few days? In that case we can't rule out the possibility of a bacterial bloom!
and it became more cloudy after the change 7 days ago it happens to me sometimes after changes and it gets worse in the days before today's change after 7 days from the last change you couldn't see anything I always had it clean also because I had purigen

That’s because he wants to sell you something. It could be a bacterial bloom, or it could be sediment. when you add your fresh water, do you add it very gently so as not to disturb the substrate? Perhaps try filtering through filter floss to see if that removes it.

My view is you have a bacteria bloom which will clear, but with a mature tank - 2 years old - you definitely don't need to add bacteria, just dechlorinator when adding tap water to a well established tank. I never use the bacteria in a bottle, even when setting up a fresh tank I 'seed' bacteria with mulm from an established filter, back in the 1960s that was simply how we did things. A grey bloom is however, not a big problem, it will balance out quickly. No harm done, if it is a bacteria bloom that is, and nothing else.

So you have only just added purigen? I am trying to understand if you have added puirgen before and it clears up.
sorry I expressed myself badly I already had the purigen in the filter and the water was cloudy last week today I did the water change and I removed it to regenerate. I had it for two months already. but every now and then the water turns white

No problems! If Purigen is not working, then it potentially points to a bacterial bloom. (Purigen won't address bacterial blooms).
If this is a bacterial bloom, it's a little unusual for a mature (2-year) aquarium to get this. This can occur with extremely thorough and frequent cleaning of filter media, making the aquarium 'reset' and the bacteria need to re-colonise. You have plants and surfaces in there, but having bacteria in the water column is a potential sign of over-cleaning. @Connswater is absolutely right that (if it is indeed a bacterial bloom) that it's usually harmless. However, a fish's immune system is constantly processing bacteria (whether good or bad/pathogenic), so the less it has to process, the better the immune system can concentrate on pathogens.
If it were me, I would just make sure that you are not over-cleaning your filter biomedia, like the blue and orange sponges. If you are not, then we are back to clay particles (very fine wool should clear that up) or something else.

IF it is a bacterial bloom, then you need to let it do its job. However, do you think you were over-cleaning and thoroughly cleaning your biomedia?
If you tell us more about the details of the filter and aquarium maintenance each week, it will help us see if there is a problem. Also, let us know what filter you are using.
