HOB filter

Hi all,
Which HOB filter would be recommended for a 10g planted tank ?
Which filter media would be best to use?

Very open question and everyone will have a preference. I’d personally pick one that suits you and your budget,
Oase make a decent looking one
Seachem Tidal is also a good one (I believe they use a sicce pump, but could be wrong)

There are much cheaper options out there that work well too, but I’d personally go for a known brand on a 10g tank.

We have <"quite a lot of threads">, but you can't search the forum for three letter words, so "HOB" doesn't help as a search term. <"Replacement HOB filter for 20l tank advice">.

Oase make a decent looking one
Seachem Tidal is also a good one (I believe they use a sicce pump, but could be wrong)

So <"Sicce, Seachem">, OASE or <"Eheim Liberty"> would bring up some more hits.

Or Eheim Liberty Hob Filter if you can get hold of one!
