40g breeder planted tank, still going through cycle. In the last week we have noticed white stuff growing on plant leaves. I have had the white slime on the spiderwood and am familiar with that as well as seeing snail eggs in previous aquariums, but this white growth on the plant leaves does not appear to be either. It's also on our Anubia but I was unable to get a good picture of that. Is it algae? Fungus? Mold? Some kind of bacterial infection? Removing it manually makes it disappear for a day but it returns, not always in the same spot. Any help identifying would be appreciated so we know where to go from here and how to treat it.
