Help CO2 run out and no chance to get any more until Monday

I moved my cylinder this morning whilst it was still showing about 35 bar. When I came back in again this afternoon it read zero - a leak must have vented it all to the room. Now SWMBO tells me that tomorrow is to be spent shopping in the wrong place, so I won't have a chance to get a new cylinder until Monday. What's my best strategy to avoid algae soup? 48 hour blackout until I get the gas back on?

Turn you lighting period right down, increase the liquid carbon dosage and purchase a spare bottle.
