Health check - 5 week old set up

Looking for criticism and advice on my plant health. 5 weeks in. I’m adding some close up photos of my plants. I know I have some brown algae growing and have a few amano shrimp and a pair of panda garras who seem to be doing a good job of clearing it so far.

the brown algae is normally just a phase, looks like you doing all the right things, keep it up!

Thank you! Do you think I should just let it be with regular water changes for a few more weeks before I do any trimming?

yeah i would let it go for a couple more weeks, let the plant mass build up and help outcompete the algae, and then you should have some clean tops to replant when you trim
