GBR Identification

I recently picked two GBRs from my LFS and trying to identify the sex.

The more colourful of the two is slightly larger than the less colourful one. After reading a few forums i'm inclined to think that I may have two females but unsure. The larger female chases the smaller around the tank (a pretty well planted 45p).

If two females, I was thinking of adding a male to make it a GBR only tank. The other inhabitants are 5 cardinal tetras and cherry shrimp.

Can anyone aid in the identification. Thanks in advance:

Darrel,

Thanks for that link. I reviewed the site and wasn't sure about the black spot but the combination with the pinkish belly probably confirms it.

The smaller GBR doesn't have a black spot yet so not yet fully developed female.
