I'm looking to get a new filter for my tank which measure 65x40x45 so about 115litres and need some advice on filter size.

Trying to decide between the JBL E1502 and E902, the 902 looks like a good bet especially as I'm unlikely to ever get a larger tank but wondering if the additional flow on the larger one would be better.

Would appreciate any advice.

The filter size isnt that important with planted tanks as the biggest filter will always be the plants themselves. I would go for one which has a good output to suit your tank applying the x10 rule if going down the CO2 route so 1000- 1200l/h plus one thats easy to clean the filters big help too then it can be done weekly to keep the detritus building up in the filter and keep the output good.

:)
