Fert dosing vs water change vol for new setup

Sorry to do a Columbo but there's just one more thing...Am I ok to add Mg and Fe and TNC Complete at the same time, or should I add on separate days? Cheers for all the help.

The normal advice would be "on alternate days", but I wouldn't be too concerned about dosing them together.
