Diatoms, green dust algae and melt...

This looks like a massive imbalance to me... Bacterial bloom, water born algae spores, sediment, algae is causing the water to go hazy. Very immature tank... this should be in much better shape after 3 months.

Just do what @John q's advice above! Works!

With rich aqua soil (ADA), CO2 high light etc. you're rushing the tank... plenty of people can do it you just have to be extremely vigilant with the maintenance.

Cheers,
Michael

In summary:
Cleaning the pre-filter and reorganizing the filter.
Light without ramp-up to 6 hours and 40% intensity.
Fert dosing to 50%(of what I'm doing now).

And then remove diatoms and change the water as often as necessary.

I would purchase some floating plants like Pistia stratiotes or Amazon Frogbit.......these grow long roots and will collect floating particles of waste!
The roots can be removed when saturated with gunk.
