Hello people, It's been a couple of years since I've lurked around here since I broke down my scape and put things in to storage.
But yesterday had the random urge to set my tank up again, not sure what brought it on, probably an Aquarium Gardens video 🤣 so knowing me, I'm not sure how long I can put off this "itch", it's either put it off for another year or two, or get a new scape going before Christmas, there's no inbetween 🤣.
During my time away it was really sad and shocking to hear of Filipe passing, especially as I based my first ever aquascape around one of his. The reality is I know f*** all about aquascaping and just watched his tutorial video like a 100 times before attempting it, and it worked out well.
Regarding my next scape, if it happens, I'm thinking a triangular island style, I've always loved the clean and angular aesthetic, also I don't want a tank rammed full of plants this time! 😀
