Can anyone Identify the dark leaf covering ?

Hi, do any of you guys know what is. Covering the leaves of this plant… any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fluval edge 123l
Age 4 months
Ph 7 nitrates 10ppm
Intank with puregen excel
Non co2 dosing
Light 6 hours
Flurite red
Water change 1 week
 
Hi Darrel, yes I dose with TNC complete @ manufacture dosing
All the other plants are doing very well, I will try ands post a full tank picture 👌

As Darrel stated....looks like Fuzz Algae/Diatoms/Crude/Mulm...on the leaves.

My plan of action would be below.
Clean the filter regularly and increase the flow rate if possible.
Clean/Vacuum the top of the substrate.
Increase water changes to two or three per week for a few months.
Increase lighting to 8 hours.
Remove all the affected leaves as new clean leaf growth is coming through.
Use some of the Hygrophila polysperma in the below article.
