Bugs help

I need help on figuring out what these bugs are in my african clawed frog tank. Any ideas? I just started noticing them. Only one frog for 7 years, no new stuff in tank, no plants, no fish.

what these bugs are in my african clawed frog tank

They look like <"Ostracods">. These are <"entirely harmless">.

Only one frog for 7 years, no new stuff in tank, no plants, no fish.

They form <"resting cysts"> that blow around in the wind etc. and are pretty much universal in any accumulation of freshwater.
