AIO EI Fertilizer Guidance please?

Try searching for the salt on eBay. You can also, source some from here.
The cheapest I can find the Potassium Nitrate is on Amazon. I couldn't find any at all on eBay. It's currently £14.65 for 1Kg on Amazon. The IFC lists KNO 3 as 500g for £5.50 but I can't see anywhere you can get it that cheap. I did find a few places with it almost that cheap (around £6.50 per 500g) but those sites will only deliver to schools.

I can't find Monopotassium Phosphate cheaper than the Aqua Plants Care one.

Potassium Sulfate and Magnesium Sulfate are both available and cheaper on the APC Pure site that you linked.

With those changes it brings the yearly cost down to £30.63, which is still almost double what the IFC is saying it should be.

Its forte is calculating the recipe for your needs. The cost calculator is an indicator and you can’t really expect it to be complete up to date when prices have been steadily increasing.

When APFUK was still trading ,you could get the basic Macro and Micro salts for around £18 ,which would last with several refills, but l doubt it would be anything near that if they were trading now

the IFC says my yearly fertilizer cost should be £18.23 but when I price it up myself on the Aqua Plants Care website it comes to £53.28 for a years

The was never a plan to update the IFC cost per item as it was a small add on feature, plus costs of the salts vary all over the world. However all the costs are editable by the user, so they can be made to suit where in the world you are.
The main aim was to show the cost difference between Commercial ferts and DIY ferts. As salt prices have increased the commercial ferts may become more attractive. With a 650litre DIY fert still cheapest option.

NilocG Aquatics, which do the cheapest commercial fert on the market per NO3 ppm, they also do a dry salt range as well, however import taxes bump the cost up again
