plants look healthy, no algae, why change it?
You might regret going down the co2 route, especially as the tank is doing fine without, spend the money on some more plants or fish or something else you really want.
I can thoroughly recommend the co2art regulators, I have 3, 2 pro se series and 1 pro elite and all are well built and sturdy and have never missed a beat yet
is there a difference between a cheap 99p Chinese diffuser and say for instance a Dennerle crystal pipe diffuser except for the obvious quality in glass, I'm thinking more of the workings than aesthetic.
Ive just recently bought a dual stage regulator from co2 supermarket and its a very good build quality, cant comment on long term as I haven't had it that long but so far so good.

done a bit more research and you can buy it 50%glut/50%water for £27 (1 litre)
it is nasty stuff but as with all chemicals if you take the proper precautions its as safe as water.
luckily im a tanker driver so have all the approprate safety gear. so might give it a...
as money is tight at the moment im trying to find an alternative to buying liquid carbon. ive heard about Glutaraldehyde and would like to know how to use it, what dosage, how much to dilute it, and if its good or bad for the fish. all info greatly appreciated
