Iron dry salts

Im using dry salts to mix my micro/macro solutions and dosing these every other day but wanted to add iron… can i add iron to one of these solutions? thanks
 
Iron should be part of the micro solution already. If you want more iron you can further supplement your micros. The general view is that you want to not have iron in the same solution as phosphate to avoid precipitating out the iron. That said, we usually use chelated iron which presumably makes the iron unavailable to react with phosphate in any event.
