Why are these plants doing this?

The moss is Fissidense and the rocks will be taken out. Like I said before, the tank will be emptied and re-scaped after a week or 2...only small stones will come back and the (new) substrate will be more leveled than it is now, I am going to try to get less obstructions for a better current.

I've tryed a few things with the filter outlet and it's looking much better
In the end I just pinched the outlet a bit flat to get a stronger current and this seem to have done it.
