Whos eggs are these?

i have just turned my head and look in to my tank, and saw this clear jelly sort of stuff, i snapped that part of the vallis of and looked closer, it had tiny white egg looking things in it, can any one help ?

my fish
3 black widow tetras
5 neon rainbows
1 German ram
about 8 octos
2 flying fox
any of them ?
 
really :( :(, i do have loads of snails, but i have never seen theses before, the type of snails i have are the pest ones and also the cone shaped shell ones , no apple snails nothing

Sorry to say its a pest snails - cannot remember the name - flat curly shell - its not a trumpet snail.
