White stuff on flame moss?

Not very clear pictures but with it having a slight hedgehog appearance in places I would suggest its a fungus possibly growing from decaying detritus caught up in the fronds, here's a picture of some fungus fruiting body growing on a piece of Ebi Dama Special shrimp food (1cm across). Does it look anything like this?
The white dots at the tops of the fruiting body in the picture eventually darken as the spores inside mature. I removed the overripe food (ignored by hungry fussy shrimp). No idea what you should do with yours.
