yea, its either these slightly more ones, that are usually metal and have no moving parts, as is my aquarium gardening check valve, or the cheaper plastic ones, tbh i would spend the extra.
I will add that I dont bother with them any more. I used to, even had two in series once and the cylinder emptied and the water got back through both of them, all the way to the reg. The water also did nothing to the reg, so figured there wasn't any point to them. Its just another thing to go wrong, and unless you spend a decent amount on a good one, it could leak or break. Just seems unnecessary personally.
