Hi all, my Co2 pressure is starting to reduce on the gauge, down to around 700 PSi, when should I look to exchange the bottle approximately?

Depends on your regulator.
My single stage regulator starts to lower its bubble rate at about 400-500psi. Then got a couple of days (a week ?) before bubble rate almost stops.
I weigh my bottles (and regulator) when bottle is new and generally changes when less than 100gr odd left, as this is before the bottle pressure starts dropping.

also depends on BPS rate, on my 500l tank a few days at best, but same size cylinder on 50L months
