What were these?????

Was going thru an old External hard drive, trying to see if I could find any pix of the red rams. And came across this pic of one of my many picos. I think that this one one was from 2013ish.
I thought this was Infusoria, but not so sure now.
It used to move around like a wispy cloud and in this pico, and looked very cool from what i can remember. Sometimes as a thin wisp like smoke other times would lay across the susbstrate.
This pico used to live in the D/S wet room and just had ambient light thru the frosted window.

Maybe some sort of slim mold???
Looks like it's originating from something in the substrate there.

Slime mould can't move independantly around the tank though.
This was it going down into the substrate, and then it would move around like a thin low mist

Slime mould can move around but somewhat slowly.

Looks more like a bacterial bloom in no flow tank.
