what is best regulator to buy

Hi need a regulator with solenoid for my nano i have read and heard the the aqua up ones from ebay are good any links would be great i want it for a paintball canister but not puschased that yet

that regulator is rather large for a paintball canister and would like it all in one, u think this one is any good ?
