That bay one seems to be less potent looking at the concentrations, so probably a case of you get what you pay for. This is easily the best dry trace mix I've used.

Email and ask them, but I'm fairly sure its 20g of trace mix into 500ml of water. Then 5ml per 100L, 3 times per week.

There are many ways. You can tie it on with fishing line or super glue it on.
It all depends on what sort of plant it is.
