were can i get a regulator for a 7kg welding bottle

hi guys,

im just wanting to know were i can get a regulator for a 7kg welding co2 refilable bottle as i got 1 from a friend who owns a garage full for £20 and he told me he can get it refilled for £9 for me but i dont know were i can get a regulator and which 1 ?

also i want 1 with gauge so i know when im low right is that best ??

and lastly if i get 1 and then attach it to the bottle is it just a case of attaching the airline and diffuser then its good to go do i just open the tap and count the bubbles in my bubble counter ?

Not sure about that one i'm afraid, it says it's 3 bar, ideally you need one set to 1.5bar and with a needle valve for fine adjustment.

hmmm couldnt i just set it to 1.5 bar through the gauge ?

and what does a needle valve do and were does it fit ?
