Got a pot of tissue culture Microsorum Pteropus 4 weeks ago, it is grown on a piece of "mat" thingy emersed agar. I cut the "mat" and superglued the bottom of mat to the driftwood.
However, one piece of it is turning dark and dying since last week. as circled in red, also I just noticed the Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini' next to it also starts melting, circled in yellow, also 2 leaves from a mature cryptocoryne wendtii also starts melting, all other plants are great.
I started dosing Tropica specialised ferts (contains ammonium, NO3 and po4) for the past 3 weeks. about 1.5 to 2ml everyday. otherwise, ph 6.5, kh 7 co2 30-40ppm. there is good water circulation, as the driftwood is directly place in the path of a wavemaker.
Any ideas on why? thanks in advance.
