stocking query

OK, I'm currently in the process of getting my tank setup, it's a 90l and will be well planted. I know what fish I would like in the tank, at this point at least. Haha.
The species I'm looking at are as follows.
CPD,s
Cory pygmeaus/hastatus/hasbrosus
otocinclus
some shrimp for cleaning, amano and something red
Dario Dario/Scarlet badis. Trio.

My questions are will I have any compatibility issues? And what numbers should I be looking at, its gonna be a while yet before the tank is ready for fish but I may have trouble sourcing the scarlets so I want to be prepared.

I'm sure Colin Dunlop at 'The Fish Hut' in carluke can get you scarlets.
