Square aquarium layout ideas and substrate options

Hi all,

Just ordered a brand new opti-white aquarium that is square with the following dimensions.
70 x 70 x 45 (w x l x h) in cm mind!

I am after some ideas of how to scape the new tank when I get it. It will be situated in a corner of a room and two sides of the tank will be visible. It will be run as a high tech setup with kessil led lighting. I am basically after inspiration on how to lay it out. Is an island the best layout or is sloping into the back hidden corner of the tank from the two visible sides a better idea?

As an additional question I am wondering what substrate to use, I have used eco complete and tropical substrates before but never ADA stuff. What do people recommend?

I know this is all very open-ended but all suggestions welcome.

Thanks

Mike

Shallow cubes are so good but My current tank is a 40cm cube (fluval f series) and I'm struggling to come up with something that works in the corner of a room.
