Hi

Had this delivered from a well known supplier that I've used before with no issues. Parcel arrived this morning, so opened within a few hours, assuming it will recover, looks a bit past it's best. Opinions?

I had some rotala delivered from pro shrimp in a similar state,he was willing to replace if it didn't recover, send them photos and they may replace or refund.

Thanks all for the responses. I bought to fill some patches in my current carpet,so wanted to start with some decent stock plants. Wondered if I was being picky! I'll contact the supplier.

If you are in the uk, do you think the overnight cold temps during delivery, could have caused the issue? Or do you think that it is just ‘old’ stock?

I might be wrong, but that looks like a lack of light for a protracted period.

I wouldn't have thought so, they are generally kept in fridges at the shops, looks like old stock or as @Bradders says, could have been stored incorrectly.

All ended happily, on closer inspection, the plant had flipped over in transit and that's the roots! My fault and when flipped back it looks ok. Going to have a sit down......🤦‍♂️
