Shrimps & excel supplementation

Hi. I was wondering ,...suppose i have a 14 us gallon tank & I would like to supplement it with some excel ,...what would be the advised excel dosing for this tank if I am planning on keeping some shrimps in it? I am planning on keeping very easy plants here. Anubias, Vallis nana, crypts, java moss, mini bolbitis, coral moss , echinodorus tennellus & some christmas moss.
Lighting would be with a 15 watt T8 tube (i.e. about 1 WPG of T8 lighting).

I know that the shrimps are quite sensitive to liquid carbon so i was wondering if someone could guide me on this.

Some people say do not use LC with shrimp.I have used it in a shrimp tank with no problems it was Easycarbo,stick to the recomended dose(don't double dose!).Be carefull LC will damage Vallis more than shrimps!Cheers mark

you shouldnt need it with your current plant list however its ok (with care) with cherries but personally would be reluctant with any other species.

Thanks guys. I suppose you right Iain,...I probably don't need it with 1 wpg of T8s & my plant list.
