Going to move the inlet to the back at some point.

Any advice would be great thank you.

Not bad for a second attempt. Needs more plants though! Hairgrass takes years to fill out (in my experience) so you'll need a lot more.

Thanks for the reply :)
Im going to put a order in for lots of plants soon, i just put a few clumps of HG and the rotala in while it was filling from my other tank.

Added a few plants the past few days, moss on the front left isnt doing too good either.

Doesn't look like you have any fish in there, if that's the case I'd increase the CO2. What % are your lights at?

Hi, the light set at 70% co2 comes on 2 hours before the light and drop checker is pretty much yellow when lights on.

Theres a few RCS in there at the mo, the diffuser is placed on the intake aswell, not sure if i can increase it without harming the shrimp

70% is way too much. The first pic in your update shows the wood covered in green algae, this is a good indication that your lights are too bright. Drop it to 25% or things will get worse.

Thanks for the advice i will sort it out, would doing it gradually be better?

No, the longer you leave it too bright, the more damage it will do.

Ok cheers guys, light is now on 20%
Cranked the co2 up a bit more aswell
