10 points to me...managed to smash a fluorescent tube this evening

I can't get out to get a new one until the end of the week, but I've got a spare 2.0 UV Reptile Bulb that fits. Is that likely to cause any harm as a temporary solution? I've just pruned the tank right back so I didn't want to leave it without lighting ideally.

The tank's a 30L biorb with the insides taken out, running as a NPT with soil and a 15" tube mounted above it. (Or rather in pieces on the floor....)

It will only be harmful if it's too bright, which is the same story for any other bulb.

It's the same wattage as the old bulb. I'll give it a go 🙂 ta!
