redline torpedo barbs

Hi,
I've just got a Juwel Vision 180L. I'm setting it up this week and taking everything from my 155L Osaka. I'm going to run both the the Juwel internal plus a fluval 305 external. Would redline torpedo barbs be ok to keep in 180L? I'm just worried they may be a bit too big.

I've also got 2 dwarf gourmai, amano shrimp, cherry shrimp, 3 bronze corys' & 12 endlers.

I have the same tank and I think they might be too big and too energetic for a tank that size. If you have them already then you may as well try them first and then exchange them if they don't do well but if you haven't then I wouldn't buy them for a tank that size.

Thanks for the reply! No i have not got them yet so I won't get them. Maybe some nice Cardinal Tetras instead!

Hey there, someone asked me the same question on one of my youtube vids.

I think a 180l (40" long?) is probably too small for full grown torpedos. My biggest fish is a good 6"
My minium would be a 48" 250l.

THanks sanj! I thought they might get too big for my tank. I'm going for either a shoal of 12 Cardinals or 12 rummy nose now .
