Hey,
I'd be inclined to say very good, but I've yet to set them up on my tank. Colour rendition is great, and very adjustable. From a sunset orange glow to a bright crisp white and on towards a light blue. Lights are brighter than you'll ever need them to be, but will be good if you plan to do DSM.
Controls are good, and includes inbuilt timer. Comes with both options for Rim and Ceiling Mounting.
Gary Nelson uses the 120w on his tank in the journal section, which is similar, just with 2 groups of LED rather than the 3 of the 160w.
I use a 120w 8000k on a 120 litre TMC Signature. Its a good light, colour rendition and controllability are good enough certainly in the price range. My lighting peaks at 55w and is about 10" above the water.
I am selling mine in the next month though because I am upgrading my tank.
