Ramshorn from soft water tank

I know nothing whatsoever about snails, so apologies if this is common
This snail is around 12-14mm, the foot is a nice red colour, I am guessing that the lack of pigment in the shell is due to mineral
deficiency
Edited to say, there are many similar little critters in the tank

Just looks like a different colour morph to me; but it will die if you don’t add calcium to the water. Its shell will slowly thin 😞

I could be incorrect on what you need to add 😬👌

I did think this myself
However it was “conceived” in the tank, so must be growing
Ca is probably 17 ish ppm
Mg minimal

I was wondering whether they were Leucistic, or albino
