Plastic sheet / rolls to hold banked substrate

Hi

Anyone got a good place to buy semi-rigid clear plastic in sheets or on a roll, to use to support a banked substrate ? It needs to be strong enough to hold the substrate in place, but flexible to allow it to be curved.

I used a old condensation tray on my first tank with two substrates, I used a old square squash bottle and some silicon to join them the second time, I imagine anything food grade would be suitable.
