Plants vs Heaters

Hello.

I got a few plants and an empty tank. was thinking of adding the plants to cycle the tank. do i need a heater and flow the plants are stem plants in a tub with tropica substrate capped with mano base and Anubis nana and buce kedergang. and a crypt i think

i would rather not have a heater until i add fish in a month or so.

No, the plants will probably do better without a heater. I'd have something to move water around though.
