and on the side is rotala colorata or h-ra

Leaf shape suggests it Rotala rotundifolia....HG...as a more oval shaped leaf.
Yes and looks like Rotala colorata at the side of the tank.

I would say rotala rotund. is not green, more look like HG

I still beg to differ......this pant looks like a well trimmed Rotala rotundifolia.
The apex looks very like a Rotala.
