Hi Pippa, welcome along 🙂
You most likely can't post links/images yet due to permissions. Give it a few more posts and a couple of days and we will know your not a spammer 😉 you will then be able to add images and links.

Hi Pippa

Like Ady says, you might have to post a few more times before you can upload images. I realise it's a PITA but I'm sure you understand the need to prevent spam etc. If you do continue to have issues then contact any mod/admin and they'll help further.

I'd suggest posting any completed scapes in the Planted Tank Gallery here - Planted Tank Gallery | UK Aquatic Plant Society

If you're posting a current tank that's still running and you'd like to ask questions on it and post updates etc. then I highly recommend starting a Journal here - Journals | UK Aquatic Plant Society

As you're a retail employee I do politely request that if you post anywhere outside of this Tropica sub-forum; there's no direct reference to your shop, as this is classed as advertising. I'm sure you understand. 🙂

Any update pics of the big tank would be great, thanks. Hopefully it's cleared nicely. Please pass on all our regards to the other guys and girls too. 🙂

Hopefully see you around the boards soon, and I look forward to Stockport too. I've managed to get some weird stains on one of my Tropica shirts. I blame Dan.

Use Photobucket and just post the img link .... if you can plant a tank that good, you can do this lol

I somehow get the feeling that Dan is always to blame lol.

I think ita just my phone that won't let me upload anything so will have to get me hands on a computer to put stuff up.

Bad news though. I can't make Stockport 🙁 so upset you have no idea. Absolutly gutted. Still trying to sort a way of getting there but looks Unlikely 🙁

I can't wait .... flights booked for friday evening, back sunday evening. Anyone up for some socialising saturday night? 😉
 
I'm sure Mark will find his uses for you, I'm sure plant prepping will be needed. Marks the boss though, but I'm sure he'll have plenty of jobs.
 
Sad to say I cant make Stockport this week - work is just too busy right now 🙁

Having been involved in the New Malden event I would really urge anyone who can get to Stockport to do so. You will be very warmly welcomed, and no doubt be given a little task to do if you want one too, tanks on this scale are alot of work and need a great team effort. These sort of get togethers are great for ukaps folks to meet up in person, and there will definitely be some socialising on Saturday night too 😉

Sorry to those that can't make it - you'll be missed, especially Tony and Paulo who are utter workhorses.

If there's anyone reading this that can possibly make this event then PLEASE do come along. Not only will it be great to meet you all and share a common passion, but frankly this is one hell of a monster to aquascape and we need all the help we can possibly get! 🙂

I owe Tony about 20 beers and a whisky...and yes I'm shy, so don't talk to me anyone, or i might just wet my pants (with shyness)
